" When my 2002 Toyota Avalon was due for a timing belt - I spoke with Steven who explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Being VERY PARTICULAR about who I let work on my car, I asked for a tour of the facility- Steve gave me a grand tour, that included one of the mechanics changing a timing belt on an AVALON. The mechanic took the time to explain what he was doing, showing me all what was involved in this task. I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIM AND STEVEN, and was convinced that this was a repair shop that I could trust. I had my timing belt/water pump belts changed the next day. The work was well done and at a reasonable price. YOU HAVE EARNED MY TRUST! THANKS SO MUCH. And hats off to your employees for excellent customer relations, and hats off to your excellent web site.
