I recall my first visit to your Creech Import Repair shop back in 1995. As I spoke to you I noticed that the only vehicles in the shop were Troopers -- I had found the mechanics that would be fixing my Trooper. Then there was the time that an employee noticed that I couldn't start the Trooper for my ride home (this was a continuing problem for the truck at the time). He asked me to pop the hood and said he had an idea. Two minutes later he had connected my jumper cable from the negative battery terminal to the engine block and the Trooper roared to life. I made an appointment for a couple days later and your folks replaced that important connection.
Three years ago I called you from our broken-down Trooper. The master clutch cylinder had emptied leaving us unable to put it in gear. You calmly suggested filling the reservoir with fluid, guided me as I made the repair, and we made our way to your shop. The next day the master cylinder was replaced and the Trooper was ready to roll.
Two years ago we headed out to Brevard, NC to visit with my wife's folks and the Trooper began to rev and overheat. I called you from near Jordan Lake and you diagnosed the problem. We limped back to Raleigh, left the Trooper at your shop and used our Accord for the trip. When we returned home the Trooper was all better. It cost us a fair amount of money to fix the head gasket and get it home, but I will never forget how you were able to help us in our time of need.
Over the years, you and your employees are always patient, thorough, and up on their automotive skills. Stan, you and your crew have put a lot of effort into my Trooper, from when they first met at 88,000 to 11 years later at 159,000. It's not the best looking Trooper on the outside, but it's mechanically sound and safe on the road. That's what's important to me and my family. Thank you."

When my 2002 Toyota Avalon was due for a timing belt - I spoke with Steven who explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Being VERY PARTICULAR about who I let work on my car, I asked for a tour of the faci1jty- Steve gave me a grand tour, that included one of the mechanics changing a timing belt on an A V ALON. The mechanic took the time to explain what he was doing, showing me all what was involved in this task. I WAS TOT ALLY IMPRESSED WITH HIM AND STEVEN, and was convinced that this was a repair shop that I could trust. I had my timing belt/water pumpl belts changed the next day. The work was well done and at a reasonable price. YOU HAVE EARNED MY TRUST! THANKS SO MUCH. And hats off to your employees for excellent customer relations, and hats off to your excellent web site. I just wanted to thank Stan Creech and his team for helping get my car fixed on such a tight schedule! When I had talked to him on Monday, he wasn't sure if his shop could fix it by Thursday. Lo and behold, I got a call on Tuesday and the car was fixed! Not to mention that you not only took care of the clutch release bearing, but repaired a lug not too without cost.
